If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our size guides. They’re located underneath the available sizes for each of our products or reach out to us on support@firstdateshop.com for size recommendation.
Unfortunately, we cannot make changes to your order once your order has been placed. If you need to make any changes to your shipping address or cancel your order, please contact us at support@firstdateshop.com within 8 hours of placing your order. We will not be able to make any changes beyond that period.
FirstDate uses DHL Express for all orders. We generally take 2-3 working days to process your order and delivery usually takes 3-5 working days.
There may be the occasional delay due to Customs Clearance processes which are out of our control.
Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email including a tracking number. If you have not received this email, please email support@firstdateshop.com
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.
For now, we proudly ship to the USA and Mauritius. But don’t worry - our plans to go global are just around the corner. Stay tuned!
Shipping is a flat $32, but here’s the sweet spot - Spend $200 or more, and we’ll ship your order for free!
We deliver to the delivery address provided. If an incorrect address is provided or the customer refuses to pay duties, FirstDate is not responsible for shipping costs, customs costs or costs of re-shipping merchandise. In these instances, the order will be returned to sender and the customer will be issued a refund for the order value, less a return postage charge of $32 and a $10 administration fee.
